While that is true, Japhet is a phoenix which is why I decided to take some artistic liberty and give him thin bird claws. :3

Yes but I can't deny there's some horrifying beauty to japhets design, despite me loving Valerie.

Yeah I started painting a singing japhet, but I got real bored of painting feathers so I stopped

Yeah, I can imagine. Japhet is super fun to draw otherwise, despite the tedium of his feathers. I'd start with drawing a baby Japhet to get used to the feathers. ...omg I just pictured a baby Japhet

Not just any egg, he'd be a phoenix egg! A really tiny phoenix egg with flames and fire designs! When he hatches, hes all chubby and has these big eyes looking for his mama
