((OK, STORY TIME, YAY,

ANYWHO, see, me and maines admin and a few others on here base our OC's off of the idea that the states were like, selected to represent the states by america, and used to be humans. So, the states would naturally have a choice on whether or not they would want someone to represent a little city or whatever...now, being the asshole he is, NY really didn't want anyone, he liked living alone, but he found long island uncocnious and bloody on the side of the road. he had been a victim of a hit and run accident, there really wasn't any time to get him to a hospital considering he'd already lost too much blood, so NY did the only thing he could think of to help the kid, made him long island. but, y'know, considering the kids IMMORTAL and stuff now, he isn't allowed to go back to his family and old life. So, it's sort of like he's dead anyways. Plus, he's pretty much trapped in the body and mind-frame of a little 5 year old now, so, theres a bit of controversy on whether or not he would of been better dead.
