I've never made a tutorial before, so this might be kind of hard to understand. Sorry, if it is. D:The signature was made for my friend, so STEAL AND DIEE >(

You can do a double border by doing one border on each layer.

Could I ask what opacity the smudge tool was at? I find that blending in ps is a huge weakness of mine.
