Yes, I know, the rules say to dress up as some kind of Halloween theme. May I plead the fact that any kind of obvious masquerade costume could be taken as a Halloween costume?

Moving on. So, she's dressed up as a peacock for a masquerade ball (I hope that much is obvious.) Not sure if she has any backstory, if she's undercover, etc. If you can think of something, I'd love to hear it!
