Another old character back from the dead!The crazy and kooky koopa, Scatty!
Scatty is also a member of the music group Rock N' Fun alongside Pake, Spencer and Tara. He can sing, and he's the drums player of the group. He can't help but laugh by random moments, funny or not, but he's not a mean guy.
