Check out the video here !Β My Frodo Baggins wolf halfsuit in all of it's glory! Shame that I forgot to bring Sting with me when I was taking pictures though.
This suit made it's debut at Unthrocon this year, so some of you might recognize it if I saw you there. I am super happy with this suit.
He features:
-modified resin base from Tsebresos (extra foam padding and toony eyes added by myself)
-moving jaw
-hand sculpted jawset
-latex tongue
-silicone nose and paw pads
-super cute toony 3D follow-you eyes
-hand painted features
-whefted hair poof
-hidden zipper in the neck
-leggings
-hobbity outdoor footpaws
-bouncy tail

Hey, WindWolf do you know any good tutorials for a foam toony wolf head base?

I've used Matrices 's tutorials in the past, although that's not how I like to make foam heads anymore, but it's similar. I'm afraid I don't know of any others.

Just curious, but how do you do sizing for fur suits? Β This one looks a lot better than some of the huge, bulky ones that people make, despite being very "fit" people, and I'm not too sure why people make them so large.

I use a duct tape dummy of myself to make the patterns for myself, that ensures that they'll fit no matter what as long as I haven't gained or lost a lot of weight since the dummy was made.
