Sonic HyperX will be a prequel to Sonic X, and Xavier will be a Major Antagonist.
Bio:
after being left behind by his Brother Miles Prower, during an attack on Angel Island, and waking up on a pile of debris with no means of communication. everything is destroyed, every rebel except for Xavier himself has perished. After realizing that Miles left Xavier behind just to leave him to die, he felt a surge of vengeance flow through his bloodstream. causing him to have a personal vendetta against Miles, and Miles only. he will not go after anyone else, even if they are friends, or even family with Miles.

Personality:
Xavier in Sonic HyperX sports a more Militia style, with 6 Shotgun Shells on his Orange Vest. and with Shoes that look almost identical to High Heels, but they're actually Disco Shoes that he has in his possession. looking somewhat similar to his JascoeSauce Counterpart, this Xavier has ZERO outside Emotions, instead he keeps all of his Emotions, such as; Anger, Fear, Pleasure, Ambition, and Sadness to himself.

Voice:
Sonic HyperX's Xavier Jascoe will sound vaugely similar to Shockwave from Transformers Prime. but much more bold, and brash.

Mindset:
Sonic HyperX's Xavier is cold, and incredibly cruel towards his enemies, but also sparing. He was born in a unknown location, possibly the Casino Night Zone, but was raised by Rosemary Prower, Miles Prower's Mother. he is loyal, obedient, and was never a troublemaker.

Dialouge:
"This is no place, for a One Handed Traitor!" - Xavier blocking Miles Prower's attack.
"Your plead for forgiveness, is most indefinitely... Logical..." - Xavier Sparing Miles (Referencing to TFP Shockwave).
"Trust me... You in fact... Can not..." - Xavier to Exetior, when he bragged about how he can take on anything, even Xavier.
