Description saturday night

i let the strap of my bra slip

and imagine you kissing the places where it isn't

later

i swallowed anger like sour milk

and my unhappy shadow spilled across the cold concrete in front of me

the cigarette butts and the roar of engines

kept me company

instead of you

who am i more displeased with?

myself, naturally

who ever knew a girl to be sensical?

i expect foolish behavior... but from you?

i don't need an extra razor against my skin

my two hands and i are all set, thanks

be better tomorrow, if you can

I can't believe this wasn't commented on. it's beautifully written..I can relate to it in many different ways. it is sad..but also smart.
