Awesome art but its true that Pokemon Swoard and Shield are poorly made. Just taking those two as exemple:
I wish their Abilities was more thematic. For exemple, he didnt need Technician. Suction Cups was more fitting thematically and useful!
Also, why arent they also water type?! That was the most disappointing part for a lot of people I heard.
The only usable playset I heard for Grapploct move gimming is: Grapploct // Dig // Taunt // Sucker Punch. They are not enough tanky or fast enough to use that gimmick well. And that's a real shame.Β

I think the only Pokemon that I like who wouldn't need any change is Bolthund.Β
However, I do like the design of some of the Pokemon in the game. Clobbopus and its evo are two of them. But that doesnt make the game they were displayed good games.
I just hope Game Freak lose the Pokemon franchise to a competitor and that the franchise would get the love it deserve afterward. Im not saying each mon should be game breaking or good BUT this game truly deserved more love in term of Pokemon statsΒ and mons.
Another pet peeve I have for this game is that Intellon get neither Camouflage or move that increase its evasion. Like a chameleon would. In anime, it would have Acid Armor cause it has being showed to make a Pokemon invisible in water. But both Camouflage and Acid Armor arent on his movelist.
So yeah, even the Pokemon I like the most in this game seem to have things not working for them.
I miss the Pokemon Stadium games. No stories, just battling, good battle animation and minigames. Only thing missing was a Pokemon Factory mode for being given random Pokemon to battle with... And A VR Pokemon Amie that was allowing us to play with our favorite Pokemons.

Also a pity that they had to debut alongside the esteemed and irreplaceable Sirfetch'd! As much as I love them, I they were Water/Fighting so they wouldn't be so overshadowed by another pure Fighting-type!
