In the image from L.C. 3460, during the planning phase of the attack on the transport ship of The private space company "Kaltes", the States Community of Eoram's plan was underway. The people of Lapea, the second planet, who avoided extinction as a species due to the invasion of the third planet Kijana, turned their gaze to the moon, the largest celestial body visible from their homeland, to overcome the fragile space infrastructure of Lapea.
In 3441, Kaltes' establishment of a base for resource mining became a significant issue as they were the first to do so worldwide. The conflicting military and economic interests between the nation and Kaltes led to an impasse, initially both sides hoped for an amicable resolution, but several negotiations failed. Eventually, the confrontation between the States Community of Eoram and Kaltes escalated to armed conflict and then war on the lunar surface. This would later be known as the Two-Year War (Lunar War). Initially, it was thought that the lunar surface would end in victory for the States Community as Kaltes couldn't maintain its influence, but Kaltes showed stubborn resistance against the wishes of various nations, surprising the world.
The The lunar wheeled armored vehicle "Plaxiez", was originally a vehicle from an automotive subsidiary of Kaltes. Therefore, there was a large inventory of vehicle components. As for the turret, Kaltes had no expertise, so it was designed from scratch, but materials such as aluminum and titanium, which could be obtained from lunar mining plants, were used in the alloy, and this was mass-produced using 3D printers to overcome the difficulty. The interior of the aircraft is not pressurized, and it is manned with lightweight extravehicular spacesuits.
In the end, Kaltes prevailed in the Two-Year War (Lunar War), and Eoram, which had largely relied on Kaltes for launch technology, lost its technological advantage in this incident, leading to the establishment of the new private space company, Eltea Corporation, to support civilians. On the other hand, Kaltes established itself as a dominant extraterrestrial power with the moon colony as its headquarters.
