Description
Today I watched, for the 1000000th time, “Evangelion: 1.0 - You’re (not) alone”.Then, I found an amazing scan of Eva on Minitokyo and I couldn’t resist. I started to build a wallpaper. Quality of the scan wasn’t so great, so I had a pretty hard time, but it seems in the end it came out quite well.

evangelion is freakin awsome, so glad they did the rebuilds, there was alot of pointless stuff in the series that they got rid of, and the visuals look stunning, kool wallpaper

That's only the Japan release date though. Legally it may not be in America til next year or 2014. All the previous titles were 2 years later in America.

Fall, 2012... in the mean time, watch the good old Neon Genesis Evangelion (1-24) + End of Evangelion (replacement for 25-26).
Animation is old, but it's a LOT better, if complication and confusion is your thing xD
No replacement for the original.

the noise in the original is not that bad... your blur effect takes away all the details.
