Crappy coloring and crappy drawing.I really sort of rushed this. Chibitalia was really simple to draw. In fact, I've been drawing him alot lately, he's just so simple!
But adult Italy, I failed. Especially on the anatomy.
But yeah, if you don't know the story, HRE (Holy Roman Empire) sort of proposed to Chibitalia and said he would return after the war. He never did, and Italy still waits for him. [Not completely sure if this is right.]
