XD I dunno.... I guess he's so innocent that when he does the sexy justu, he's fully clothed. (I love his hair, though)And yes, I draw Tobi with brown hair. I don't know if it's right (has there even been an official coloured picture of him? I mean, how do we even know that his mask is orange? *runs off to look*) But yeah, black is harder to work with anyway.
Anyway, in case you can't read my horrible writing, here's what it says.

Deidara: "Dude..... what the heck?"
