hi,hi !!! lots of improvement !! veryy goodd ,but few mistake
~the head : usually the char head is not 100% toward the viewer (check some cool artist)
~the finger : you can improve it more just check tutor or ask great artist opinion (send them note and link of the pic and ask them for comment 
~the colour : quite awesome for beginner like you and me ,but on great artist vision ?? they said need more practice and check for tutor
