Description
Taldrae might carry the looks of winter in her outer appearance, people that first meet her might get the impression she is cold and distant. Only her closest friends know that deep inside she is a kind and gentle soul, with hard to tame emotions.Β She is petite and very delicate. Her walk is quiet and elegant. Eyes are deep icy blue in color, her gaze is a little intense at times, and she might appear carried away.
Born and raised as a low nobility far north in the vast elven lands, taught well in the field of magic by her parents, the life of this one has been a chain of ups and downs. Her family was taken away from her at the young age while she was still considered a teenager in elven standards. Offered a shelter by an old mage in Silvermoon City, this proved to be one of the best things that happened to her, because of what she understood back then thanks to this mage. She quickly gained uncontrollable interest in void magic, the thing that later turned out to be fatally disastrous for her. For most of her life she rarely knew her true self thanks to the many whispers in her head, but once everything void in her was replaced by less invasive to the mind necrotic powers, she finally felt gaining control of her life once again.
But before that, she had another stressful event - the banishment from Silvermoon City. Because of the high elves' open despise of void magic, she and the old mage had to hide their forbidden practices from prying eyes. But after his natural death, she was left alone at a crossroad yet again. Her only friend at that time, someone special, for whom she had more than just friendly feelings, betrayed her and ratted her to his father, who was part of the high guards in the city. The father ignored his son's pleads and ordered Taldrae's immediate banishment regardless. This betrayal was crucial for her to build her character, becoming tougher, and made her very weary with whom she shares her secrets from this day forward. Hearing that the other void elves and Alleria Windrunner headed south and were accepted in the human capital Stormwind, she had no other choice than to take the journey and see what fate had in store for her. Lands so foreign to her, she still cannot adjust properly and often feels as an outcast. She spend some time with the other void elves, but all their blind and foolish talk irritated her pretty soon, and she decided to quit their toxic society. Just at the right time she decided to join a certain organization, little did she knew that time, 'The Templars' would become her new family and 'Westbrook Garrison' the place she now calls home.
