So, here's what I have to say:
On the + side:
+ The lightning is really cool. I really like the fact that you managed to represent an actually consistent lightning from that candle! Especially with traditional art.
+ It is more of a personal preference, but I also really like the way you made the lines (thick on the outside, with that "scribbly" feeling to it). It gives it a children book illustration vibe.
On the - side (things it might be nice to correct):
-The face looks kinda uncanny. I think it comes from the facts that the eyes are not aligned with each other (I mean, they technically are, but because of the perspective, they should not. The ghost's left eye should be a little smaller.) and the mouth is too thick. I get that thick lines might sound appealing when you go for a kinda cartoon-esque feeling, but I think it would be better to keep it for the outline.
-The ghost's left arm also looks off. I think it looks that way because the elbow seems to be folding the wrong way.
-The table looks too "straight" compared to the ghost. I get you did it with a ruler to get the perspective and because you wanted it to be straight, but it ends up looking kinda unatural feeling next to the cartoony ghost. My advice would be to do it witha ruler (like you did there), erase it and go over the lines without a ruler: you would still get the perspective, and it will be less off when compared to a stylized character.

Thank you! Yes, I did use a ruler to play perspective with the table, and I also wanted to contrast the reality vs unreality of the table vs ghost with different line styles. Good point about over-doing it though! I'm not much for highly detailed stuff, and this was a stretch as it was.
On point about the eye and elbow. I pay more attention to that stuff these days. Appreciate the feedback!
