Bit surprised that people are freaking out over this image when it's in the fetish category. A man in fishnets and corset is really not that weird or unusual a fetish. Who hasn't seen Rocky Horror/ walked past a sex shop/ been on the internet by now?
Anyway.
The pose is what really makes this photo stand out. Even without the spikes he'd look dangerous. Love the finger ohso casually resting where it is. I'm not sure about the makeup; I love the black lips but the pink seems a bit like overkill. Probably personal preference, though.
Really my favorite thing about this is the model's figure. He's got *muscles*. A lot of times with this sort of thing the guy is pretty skinny, which is also nice, but this has that interesting (and attractive) clash of masculinity/femininity.
