It has more of a Star Wars vibe to it so much so that the single barrel shotgun seems a little out of place and feels like it should be a lightsaber. It's the combination of how he's holding it, the cape and hood that pings that radar. ..and the red eyes. I'm an irredeemable dork but still.
While I do see the sidearm and magazine pouches, the bandoliers seem just a tiny bit out of place. It's still aesthetically pleasing, but it would almost be more at home in a more Western setting. If it had shotgun shells in them it would make more sense. Ammo for both weapons in easily reachable areas. I'm assuming the pistol takes magazines and is not a revolver.
Admittedly not knowing anything about the setting or the character puts me at a disadvantage. I like the art, believe it or not.

There's only two Semiautomatic Pistols in Hunt: Showdown, the Bornheim (Bergmann 1896 No. 3) and the Dolch (Mauser C96) and they're both clip feed except for the Bornheim Extended variant which loads individual rounds through the opened slide. That shotgun, The Romero 77, is more commonly paired with the Caldwell Pax (Colt Single Action Army) or the Nagant Officer, both fixed Cylinder Revolver. God help you if he has a Caldwell Conversion Chain (A Colt Navy with a 17 round ammo chain instead of a cylinder) and the Fanning trait although I'd rather fight that then a Mosin-Nagant Avtomat (Automatic Mosin-Nagant based off the Huot)

You have a good point about it looking like star wars, and about holding gun.
From tag I suspect that it is character from "Hunt Showdown" game.
It's western game with zombies and other monsters in Louisiana swamps.
It's only game that makes me feel bad for killing other players.
