Description
This is a new art I made. Thought I prepared to make some treats and a few tricks before Halloween. It is a picture of Gigantamax Pikachu again but this is a Ghost Balloon version of the Pokémon. It was not easy for me to color in the balloon. Wish I could do better, but I managed to put the detail in not only the shape but also the hat and the clouds as well.
