*Boddhisatva = in Buddhism religion,boddhisatva is like angel in christian,they helping suffering beings and practice to be become Buddha..
and in many chinese pictures, dragon is always helping boddhisatva (quan yin) to do merits

it always confused me as to why boddhisatva was depicted as a girl in his childhood, but is a male in his adulthood. but lovely picture! ^^
