Finally got a chance to upload this...Oh gosh Zeno's probably my favorite character from Akatsuki no Yona xD I'm pretty sure his popularity has boosted after chapter 100..and when his past was revealed ;w; And I think this is my first time with a full background drawn out..I must practice more ;v;Related content

This is an excellent piece, and I can tell from your gallery you put a lot of work into this one.Β You should be proud, because this is your best piece yet in my opinion.

Iβm a big fan of the color pallet and sunsets in general (Iβm obsessed with them really); you did a great job on the clouds and the variation of reds and oranges.Β The character is well rendered as well, and you did some good work in getting the cell shading to look sharp but also have soft transitions.Β You have some really nice details on the outfit as well, Iβm sure some of those trinkets where tedious to render, but very much appreciated.

I only have one nit pic and one suggesting going forward on these full rendered environment pieces.Β Anatomy wise, the hand looks a little off and might require another go.Β On future pieces I would suggest looking into contrast separation between fore/middle/backgrounds.Β Increasing contrast as you approach the background is a good way to add depth to a piece, and also helps important elements stand out (especially when the character and backgrounds have similar colors).Β

This is such an amazing piece! I am hard pressed to find any points of criticism as far as what can be improved. The only thing I could see, and not even glaringly obvious, is the outer shape of the face. The outline of the cheek could be pushed out more to match the jawline and temple. There is just a slight bit of an indentation there. But really, I had to be super picky just to find that; this is some fantastic work. Would not be surprised to see you working professionally in manga or anime.
