Actually,Kuroshitsuji was supposed to be a yaoi manga/anime...But Yana Toboso's mangaka editor said it would work better as a shounen ai. x'D

well there is some Yaoi. like when Claude and Sebastian fight in that river or something and the scene became Yaoi-ish(i have no idea how to spell that)in the anime.

No, I think it was more along the terms of she wanted to write a mainstream work, since all her previous works (befor Rustblaster) were BL shotacon. I think she can't help herself to slashing her own characters though.
