So… we were brainstorming playfully about this month tavern_tales theme, “Neighbors, Roommates, Couch Crashers”, with an amazing author who wishes to remain anonymous - and… “this” happened. Had A LOT of fun drawing it, I hope it shows.
And bonus !!! it goes with a great fic ! Go read it ! And give your love to the author !

(for those who know the movie “it happened one night” by Frank Capra, it’s totally inspired by the “walls of Jericho” scene. It makes me think that someone should totally write a Merlin fanfic set in a “it happened one night” AU !!! A romance between a spoiled heir fleeing an unwanted betrothal and a cynical scandal press journalist, both always bickering, doesn’t that remind you of some characters ? Please, Please, pleaaaaaaase, someone do write it !)

Pour les tons tout est parti d'une flemme terrible de mettre de la couleur... Je suis dans une période monochrome, ça m'épargne beaucoup de questions existentielles je trouve
Quant à la perspective, la perspective à 1 point c'est pas la plus compliquée, surtout quand on gère les profondeurs au feeling *sifflote*.
En fait c'est marrant, cette illu je m'étais fixée comme objectif de la faire super vite (c'est l'idée derrière la fest à laquelle je participe, un truc sans stress avec participations spontannées), et du coup ça m'a complètement libérée des contraintes que je me fixe d'habitude. Genre j'ai pas tracé une ligne de fuite, j'ai fait l'esquisse à main levée...
ahem désolée je te raconte ma vie. Mais pour une fois que j'ai illu qui me sort facilement du crayon, j'avais envie de partager
