lol the hair down is just cuz he's been thrashing about while in captivity. The original design has his hair tucked away at the side.

oh and uh.... it's also a little easier not having to draw the other eye XD

Oh, I'm flattered! ^.^ Black is the base, green for the lines, and silver for the metal parts. See [link] for the whole suit.
