Description This is an entry for Summer Contest.

I drew Maria and Takuya gazing at clouds (I hope that got across in the drawing). Maria's hand needs to be bigger, though. And I was unsure of what their hair colors were, so I hope that it was okay I colored it this way.

Great job with the shading and highlights, Art-Fanatic! The two characters look three dimensional, as a result. Also, the forced perception really gives the viewers the feeling that they're looking directly at them as they stare and point to something far behind the viewers. Keep up the good work!

I love pics like this, great hand work -- i don't think Maria's hand is TOO small honestly, and i love her eyes!! You really are a fantastic artist. I also really appreciate the detail in Maria's dress's shading :3

You're welcome I'm good, I've got a week left of uni for the year (my first exam was today) and then I'm freeeeeee until next year lol. Can't wait for the holidays; having heaps of time to do heaps of fun stuff again How have you been?

I've been good! School has made me busy as well, but I really love seeing everybody-it really helped me get out of my little slump from earlier. But all the work is killing me!

My holidays are for nearly 4 months!! Though I'll be working full-time for a couple of months (but I guess I can look forward to all the money I"ll be getting ) What subjects are you doing? Your school year doesn't finish till the middle of next year right?

Wha, that's soo awesome!!! So much free time!! Holy moly I'd be soo flippin excited!! haha Oh that's good that you'll be working! I tried to get a job over the summer, but failed. XD Yeah, money!!

I'm doing all the basic subjects because they're required plus art studio and ceramics and health (also required) as my electives. So much work >.< And yep! It's so far away/basically just ended and I already want it to be summer again!
