Today I was lucky enough to portray Rapunzel at the birthday party of a very special little girl! She was so cute, and even had a matching dress, and wanted to show me all the things that she had with Rapunzel on them!It was such a wonderful experience, I wish I could do it every day! Just seeing the joy at meeting her favorite princess was amazing.

Thank you very much! It was luck that I got the gig, it was my friend's cousin's daughter, and she had shown her a picture of me in costume, so that's how it happened.
She was so cute, she was just so excited that Rapunzel was at her house haha!

That's great ^_^ I hope you get to since I'm sure it was really fulfilling ^_^ I've never really had experience in character parties and whatnot so I was just curious, what kind of things did you do while you were there? Like did you have different things you did with the kids like a game or a story or something? Or did the little girl's mom have games set up that you just helped out with or participated in or soemthing? I was just curious because I almost went as Rapunzel to my mom's coworker's granddaughter's party but it didn't happen but if I ever do get asked about it again, I want to be prepared

Well this party was different since it was only the one little girl. So I mostly talked with her, she had a lot of questions and wanted to here about the kingdom. I also sang for her (I dunno if you sing though) and she danced with me. I think it depends on the party, like how many kids are there, because if there had been more kids then it probably would have been more games and such that I helped with.

Yep. I'm sure you'll do fine if you do a party, as long as you know the movie well and can act in character the kids are usually happy!
