It all comes with practice! I found out that it's actually easier to draw without final outlines (I still you them for the initial sketch) 'cause you're free to change stuff without bothering to find which layer THAT outline is on.

I've always drawn them without final outlines T_T but it was only because I was too lazy to make a final outline...lol
