When it was revived in 2003 for the adult spin-off, they maded changes to the title characters' personalities.
Ren: A care friend for Stimpy and somewhat psychotic in the 1991 series, now a hypocritical psychopath who calls everyone a b---h and kills and tortures animals in his childhood past.
Stimpy: A joyful and happy pussycat in the 1991 series, now a sickly happy cat and whenever Ren tells dark and psychotic stories to him, he literally CRIES for possibly 6 minutes.
