OMGOSH!!! i was gonna do that!!!!! but my mum told me not "ruin" a pair of shoes.. so she told me to paint a picture of converse instead with little characters on it.. but after i finished painting the converse, they looked so realistic that i didn't want to "ruin" the painting with the cartoons ahahaha
