fINALLY IT'S DONE! WOOOOOOOOOO!!
screaming aside, i've finally done an updated ref of MISC (short for miscellaneous)! i'm probably gonna do singular refs where i go into more detail about each of them but until then, have this. here's some info about these dweebs;

Ace;
-short angry midget asshole
-secretly a cinnamon roll but they've been through a lotta shit so they're salty and acts really mean. they will make you feel like a waste of space and utter shit and will not miss an opportunity to insult someone
-has one hell of a backstory which gives them a weird uncanny aura to them and gets asked "what are you?" a lot but they just shrug in response and say "what am i to you?"
-kinda protective of Cynthia and Dominique (mainly Cynthia because of their personal reasons and Dom's a sweetheart so they like him)
-chill with Elijah and Flavia (hangs out more with Fia to team up pissing off Elijah and Cynthia)
-hateship with Balto (but actually really cares about him and will kick anyone's ass who dares hurt him and confides in him about 'things')

Balto;
-tall (like, really tall) teasing big brother sort of guy. he is a cyborg in the way he has a metal adapted skeleton so he's pretty heavy but he's strong and fit as fuck so he can parkour all over the place. he has a small AI that helps him control some joints in his body and just help him out in general (fav.me/db9wvaz ). he also has extremely light sensitive eyes so he designed the visor to block out most of the light, detect heat temperatures and to show where he's his "eyes" are looking to avoid confusion but he can turn off that ability. he was involved in a wildfire incident and has burn scars, mainly on his hands (toyhou.se/1134946.balto#499529… ), which is why he wears those 2 layers of gloves. luckily when he got 'adapted' into a cyborg, they managed to get rid of the wrinkly dead skin, so it's not that rough, but the dark colour remains.
-is actually pretty nice but playfully teases others a lot (irritates Ace a lot, which caused them to jab back which made them not like each other much at the start)
-acts very big brotherly towards Cynthia and Dominique (Cynthia because of reasons related to their story and Dom because he's his adoptive brother)
-buff buddies with Elijah (and helps improve her temper/attitude towards others, specifically Cynthia)
-chill with Flavia, they just hang out as the oldest ones of the group

Cynthia;
-wolf in sheep's clothing personality. acts very cutesy and innocent when in actuality she plays very dirty (she so would knock the controller out of your hands to win)
-intrigued by Ace and is curious about them (but they get along really well and she asks them a lot of questions about them and always tries to decipher what's so off about them)
-trouble maker buddies with Balto and sees him as a big brother and is quite close to him
-in a romantic relationship with Dom and does things that really fluster him (she just does her thing and doesn't realize it has this effect but thinks it's funny when she notices)
-does not get along fantastic with Elijah. they used to really hate each other but it has mellowed down to just jabs now and then (secretly is kinda grateful that she's there tho)
-sneaky/assassin buddies with Flavia and like to make sassy comments together now and then

Dominique;
-name is pronounced like 'Dominic' but his parents were too 'lazy' to change the spelling for it and he doesn't really mind. goes by 'Dom' most of the time tho
-the only truly nice one of the group and is an absolute sweetheart and is the only one who actually questions ridiculous logic and says the thing everyone is thinking when weird stuff happens. gets flustered easily what a dork
-has an very very slight formal posture/speech pattern due to him being a former prince but he's run away and Balto's family took him in
-respects Ace and Balto a heck of a lot (Ace because they just seem really cool to him and Balto because he's his adoptive brother and is also really cool to him)
-romantic relationship with Cynthia and has to teach her to loosen up a bit and about 'normal' stuff (she didn't have the most fantastic upbringing so she was a little bit stiff and quiet but he's coaxing her to ease up while doing the same to himself)
-kinda scared of Eli but they get along and"the only nice ones" buddies with Flavia because everyone else is somewhat a jerk in some way and talk about random things

Elijah;
-prideful scary buff werewolf lady and she knows it. she will look at you unimpressed if you ask her why she has a "guy" name. and then punch you because she's aggressive like that. she also has really sensitive hearing, which is why she wears those headphones
-is probably the meanest (openly) of them all but is getting nicer and just acts like the mean big sister but actually cares about all of them and will tear apart anyone who hurts any of them (she blames it on "stupid werewolf pack instincts" but they all know it's bullshit)
-chill with Ace and Dom, hang out now and then just to chill and is also intrigued by Ace, asking "what are you?" a lot as well
-actually respects Balto a bit and is the one who helped her improve her temper/attitude (mainly towards Cynthia)
-used to mercilessly bully Cynthia (for story reasons) but actually ended up being her somewhat "therapist" and now looks out for her but she will never admit it. Flavia smugly smirks at her and she punches them.
-anyone dares even remotely make Flavia uncomfortable (except her and maybe the group) and she will unleash her wrath on them. they're best friends and probably has the strongest bond out of the entire group. it's very playful with occasional tussles but they never actually fight. ever.

Flavia;
-a very chill person and gets along with virtually anyone and is pretty much the best friend next door who you can come talk to anytime
-is a bit sassy and slightly aloof and they know a lot of things (even about Ace) but refrain from saying them, giving a somewhat mysterious and almost unsettling air about them, usually keeping people away from them but they lure them back with their voice
-teams up with Ace pissing off Cynthia and Elijah by moving furniture around by small amounts and just messing up symmetrical things (Cynthia has very slight autism and Elijah has light OCD with symmetry)
-chill with Balto and Dom, they hang out and chat to just relax or something (chats with Dom more tho)
-training buddies with Cia and helps her improve her sneaking and combat skills. likes to make sassy comments with her
-cares really deeply about Elijah and looks out for her a lot and trusts her. the best friends who probably pretend to be a couple from time to time to get discounts from shops. they love to playfully tease her and do small things to lightly tick her off but never to hurt or upset her. they try to keep her from doing too brash and dumb things but she's usually waaayyy too stubborn so they just sigh

anyways, MISC is a universe/story that an IRL friend of mine and i are working on and is pretty much my main OCs. they're very precious to us and we love torturing them. i might do little doodles about the story but nothing's really set in stone yet. if you read all of that, wow, good job. i hope you enjoy my rambling.
