(thought I'd be posting this much later but a change in character plans deemed otherwise-- idk if sides garner exp in memes anyway but it's too fun to not draw :'')))

Eoghan Elwynne
Fighter > Warrior (berserker): Would've joined the Legion because I've always wanted to draw the Heavy Legion armour just once and would very happily drop that longsword on whoever needs a little chastising... Perhaps a bit too eager.
Mage > Summoner: If Eoghan hadn't met Kaarina nor adopted his sister, he'd have apprenticed and inherited a hatter's shop. Spends more time conversing riddles (one-sidedly) to his planty planar friends than others. Maybe some of those hatmaking materials are a bit questionable after all.
Healer > Shaman: Rather than the military he'd have naturally drifted to the church as that was where he was raised. Lots of farm friendlies and as mundanely idyllic an outlook one could hope for.
Scout > Gunner: literal throwback design from previous group because I had no idea Fond of shotguns, a tad more adventurous when it comes to exploration (and continents).

Laverne Zelder [side]
Fighter > Champion: previously, with an ego to match. Good riddance and all.
Mage > Wizard: Same sage-trodden hobbling route; simply another application of magic if he'd adhered to the conventional sorcerer's path.
Healer > Troubadour: If Laverne had initially followed his mother's footsteps rather than his brothers', he'd have grown fond of the classic balcony serenades and romanticism of travel like the truly sappy fool he is. Would frequent Miras and Amedran shores as opposed to holing up in Delverne.
Scout > Marauder: Fourth-born son and dissatisfied with his share of the inheritance, as a working gentry man Laverne would've taken to business unsightly in his family's eyes. He couldn't care less; ambition paves plenty more opportunities than what some disgruntlement's worth minding. He'd be rather fond of humans and their hurried– if short-lived– ways.
