Description A quick break during the day’s progression to go use the facilities (which means the field outside) and stretch for a few minutes then in back into the monastery for more prayers and study. The Lama’s take several breaks during the day, my friend (whose name is too long to pronounce) takes me outside to walk around for a moment, then we go back in, here you can see him fixing his robes on his way back to his seat where he will continue to read and make little Tibetan figures out of clay.

The nuances of red, and this ray of light coming right where it should come down, make an intense atmosphere appropriate for meditation and prayer.
Bravissimo!
