Alright then. Now that I got a good stuff about The Other M is out of the way, now here some things about this game that I don't care about. Samus personality has changed from a silent sharp-eye bounty hunter who rarely say a word in any of her games. To a irritating and whiny lady who never seems to shut the hell up. I'm sorry, but there were major parts in this game that pisses me off at times. Most of the time she talks about her past about her times as a member of The Galactic Federation, her relation with Adam Malkovich, the Baby, Mother Brian, and some useless information. I swear there were more cut scenes and pointless narration then there were for game play. There's another major pain to this game. Like every Metroid game, you have all your power at first and some how, some misfortune event makes lose all that abilities. In the case Samus can only uses her abilities only when Adam authorize it. *sigh* The most bad-ass bounty hunter in the Galaxy, who is well known in the cosmos, destroys scary Space Pirates and Ridley and single handily lead the metroids into extinction, can only activate her already obtain abilities only when a man says it's okay.... I... uhggg. This makes Smaus look like a puppet! This is just not Samus to me. There was a reason, why I was attracted to Samus. Though out experiences playing the Metroid games, I always find Samus as a strong-willed sharped-eye bounty hunter who dominates her enemy with here super human abilities. Sure she might be scared at times, but some how she never show that fear. I consider as a positive role-model towards other women. I mean what other video game characters you can find that's can be a positive role model? Princes Peach?! Hell no!! This is why I like Samus. Thanks for The Other M, that may change if this continues. I'm going to look pass the frozen part of this game, but this Storyline kept kick me in the balls to the very end of the game not when the credits is rolling, I mean after the credits. And this game suppose to be about Samus's past right, so why didn't they mention about how she was raised by the Chozos and giving a super human abilities from them? They Barely mention that Ridley and the Space Pirates attack Samus home planet and her parents.Will that's enough about that. I This was a bitter sweet experience for me, and a pretty short one as well. I give my recommendation to this game and why next time.

Other M is actually quite understandable. If you read the manga especially...
Imagination and thinking is usually acquired for the game.
I've played every game (Except Prime 2 and Pinball) and read the whole manga, and so I don't have very much complaints about the game.
The only thing I would complain about it the size of her chest...T_T I know it's strange for a guy like me to complain about that...lol. (Since a lot of guys are attracted to that stuff 
Plus no double-jump? O_o Just a single flip in the air. XD Wait...it might depend on the gravity...
Oh well. 
Adam can be annoying like that...but he knows what he's doing. Like, remember when Samus wanted to rescue Ian, but Adam didn't let her because both, Ian and Samus would be gone. (Did you see how quick that place was exploding?)
But other wise, Adam was kinda in the bossy side...but that's one of the reasons why before he sacrificed himself, he said: "Sorry for getting a little rough with you-"
But me and my sister thought it was funny how he said in the beginning, "You don't move until I say so. And you don't fire until I say so."
Then my sister was like: "What if I need to go to the bathroom?"
(Of course you need movements to do that

Yeah I understand after reading over the manga, but as an American gamer
prospective, this is quite a disappointment. We do give Samus a different
reputation when it come to her personality. I didn't learn about the manga
until the game itself came out. As for the chest thing, well, this is Team Ninja
We're talking about, of course they are going to make Samus into a Anime-esque

Yeah...true. I've had a conversation about Team Ninja and some of the people I spoken too said that Team Ninja seems to do that to a lot of their games. Like the females has the bigger chest thing (I don't really want to say it) and it depends on the gravity. (They might make it worse if there was zero gravity lol)

and work with Retro Studios again. I love the Prime games! lol!
But yeah with the history of Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive series (RIP)

I won't mind the suit she wears in the end of Metroid Fusion though.
It's understandable that it can get VERY warm in the Varia Suit.
The bathing suit that was used in Super Metroid should of been used in game. Because she could of went swimming instead walking in water haha. (Plus she could have a break of the Varia Suit's heat lol)

Super Metroid is probably the only 'old' styled games in the Metroid series I like haha. Metroid 1 and 2 was just too hard.

Actually in the first game Samus was a childish girl with unwarranted self-importance syndrome 
In Super Metroid Samus matured, but she was still very naive and everything on her head was the baby lol.
I don't know what Samus I like more, mature Samus is badass (loved Fusion specially) but young Samus is too cute c:

I know, I'm a biiiiig fan of Metroid...but what I didn't know was, someone else who was a fan also found that the 'mysterious' guy on the computer (when Samus is on the elevator), that guy may be one of the developers for the Metroid game. (Playing around with the game, I guess
Maybe after Fusion though...I bet they'll come up with a great sequence.
OH! Not very many people know this, but there's a Manga that takes place in the previous Metroid games. (Metroid, Metroid 2, and a bit of Super Metroid) And that's when she started to become like who she was in Other M.

But because of how her life was like and everything that were explained in the manga...Other M actually made sense.
