Yay! I'm finally getting back to work... I loved the stock photo I used as a reference: [link] , but almost scrapped this picture before it was done... now I'm rather happy with it. *grins*Oh my goodness! I made a Daily Deviation!
*falls over in shock!Thank you $trowlandson! ... I've been on Deviantart for... five years?... yeah. through one account or another. Never thought I'd see this day! *sniffles*

Thank you so much! The colors are watercolour with chalk pastels layered on top ... and more water/water colors on top of that in some places : )

It's nice, makes me happy not sure why. I like the girl and how you captured her... I looked at the reference and there's a difference in your take than the original that makes me like it even more. I also like the strokes on her right (our left) shoulder.
