Hi everyone.. I drew this yesterday as some sort of present and comfort for my dearest friend and partner in life. One of his ferrets passed away yesterday morning. His name was "Demon".
Demon had a cold for like a week, he went to the vet and he got medication and such. I borrowed him a spare cage of mine so he could keep Demon separate from the other ferrets so they wouldn't get sick as well..

I noticed that he was kind of waggling around when he was out for playtime, the next day it was the same.. We both thought it was from the painkilling medication, that he was kind of woozy.. The day after he couldn't walk at at all and he was so faint and weak.. So clearly something else was going on and he went straight to the vet! They kept him there, took internal pictures wich showed he could only use 1/4th of his lung capacity because they were full with fluids. They tried to make him warm up because his body temperature was way too low before they could put an infuse on him to boost him up and stuff.. But they called early in the morning to say that he passed away. I was so devastated when I heard about it. I still am. I can't believe it.

I miss him so much. He was barely 4 years old.. A real cuddly ferret. He could sit in your lap and you could pet him, he liked it so much.

Demon was a "Black solid white mouth" also he was told "half angora" but I and other people told him he was almost a full angora, becaus his "long" haires are too long to be just half angora and he almost has no undercoat!

So, I hope you people like this simple "quick" drawing I made of him. It was a good thing for me to do. To draw him, to get over it. Deal with the pain. It still hurts like hell. But, at least I have this picture of him I drew, to make me feel proud and comforted, even if it's just a little.
