Excellent work as always. I too was confused by the sleeves and hips. For some reason it's hard to tell that's not also supposed to be skin. Maybe a crease or stitch line would help.

Beautiful lines and great colors. I am confused about the variance in the skin tone on the face and chest area versus the arms. And it looks as though the sleeve of one glove matches the arm while the sleeve of the other is a bright orange. I'm not familiar with the character (don't remember her from the movie) so I don't know if that answers the thing about the skin being different colors or if maybe what I'm seeing as a tannish pink skin tone on her arms is actually the color of her shirt sleeves?

she has orange sleeves and only one glove on the hand that holds the gun...thing. she's very (very) loosely based on magneto's right hand henchwoman (the speedy gal), but i didnt look at refs so her outfit is different. she was only inspiration. this is as close to fanart as i'll ever get.. haha

That's cool. Saw somebody else mention that character from the movie you referenced. I think there's more than enough variation between that character and this one that I wouldn't even know that it was inspired by that character. So you could easily make this character your own and remove it from the Fan Art section.
Either way, really nice piece and I dig what you're doing with your style.
