I think she is a very beautiful model. At first the ribs did startle me, but looking the picture over again and taking in the pose, the ribs weren't as startling as they were when first seeing them. It seems like anyone's ribs(unless they are morbidly obese) would be more visual in such a position.
Also, I thought the tattoo sleeve was real at first. I was like 'Oh those are cool tattoos' and then I enlarged the picture and noticed it was one of those fake sleeves. Ha, but still with the makeup, I think the 'tattoos' were a nice touch.
Also, for those who are like 'Oh girl needs to eat some cheeseburgers or some other nasty greasy food' My guess is that comment was made because they thought the person in the photo was to skinny. Which instead of suggesting the girl needs to eat something greasy and fat, maybe something healthy and good for one's body? Because a cheeseburger will not be making anyone healthy. Ha.

I just wanted to add that, no, one can be average in size and the ribs would still not show through the back. Not criticizing the model, just saying that it's not unusual for someone's ribs not to show in such a position.

Hm true.With the pose that the model is in, it is normal/okay for the ribs to be visual, without meaning the model is underweight.But as you mentioned, there are also some cases where those of a healthy size will not have their ribs visual in this position.

i've seen women with slim builds whose ribs didn't show THAT clearly. but if she's trying to be a mainstream model then that's the norm i guess.
but as for the actual taking of the picture its great. her expression is fierce, the shorts spell out her emotion, and the pose displays her emotion in body language. the tattoo sleeve is a bit too noticable as a fake
