Here's Ares, I liked him in the Wonder Woman movie but he wasn't that great sadly. I like the idea that Ares inspires evil in people but instead of the people becoming immediately evil, he lets them choose their paths. It's a very neat concept and gives a new spin to the concept of a puppet master villain. He makes for a great Wonder Woman and I know some people who argue that he should be her main arch-enemy. For this design, I basically drew how he looks like in the comics though I tried to give him pupils but it didn't look good in my art style. His design is just simple but great and what in my head would look more fantastic if if he was surrounded by blue fire instead of the usual orange/yellow fire. That makes him more memorable in my opinion. And for the Old gods, I decided to give them their own font. Although I renamed them from "gods" to "Totems" because they're more gods in name at this point and I prefer "Totem" because it sounds more magical and celestial.

Ares Fact: Ares in Greek Mythology is the son of Zeus and Hera but Wonder Woman is the daughter of Zeus and Hippolyta which means Wonder Woman and Ares are half-siblings which is a dynamic that I really like because it makes Ares a personal foe of Wonder Woman.
