Actually, I don't think this is Doomguy/Doom Slayer (they are the same person don't fight me on this), because this isn't the Praetor Suit. This is probably what the basic Marine armour looks like with the new art style, before it was reforged by The Wretch.
I think this because it looks standardized, mass-produced. It looks awesome in its own way, arguably better than the neigh-indestructible Praetor Suit, it just screams 'Marine', not 'THE Marine'. But I like that, because an extremely lucky grunt scraping his way through the fight is always a more interesting character than a super-soldier who's basically immortal.
