Description I did the dragon in oC (still hate their coloring tools) but the (lazy) back ground was done in photo shop. Yeah I'm sure the idea's been done but I don't care because it made me happy^^.

3 or so hours (a lot of that was cutting the dragon out because when I moved it from oC it was all on 1 layer x.x)
