awesome work,
To bad that don't make adjustable mannequins.
You think it would be easy to make now a days.
just cut the mannequin into equal parts and in between those parts add air or liquid bladders with internal metal or wood rods to help keep it solid.
that way you can work with any normal range of height and maybe custom for the different body types.
sorry just a idea that popped in my head.

Dude, simply stunning work. Do you do soles on the bottoms of your armor shoes?

I almost got into the cobbler realm but its terribly inefficient and minimal financial incentive. So the armor is just a top covering which is much easier to make than a pair of nice custom boots.

That's what I thought! I plan on doing the same when I finally get down to feet... It looks really good and snug on yours. Does it buckle underneath?

I don't know where to look, but I have an idea of what to look for... Your best bet is to find an adjustable mannequin, that you can adjust the proportions themselves to fit the frame of the client. I would try sewing shops, but other than that I don't know.

I have some of those but I've never seen a full body mannequin that is adjustable.

Thanks for that recognition; most people, even fellow armor makers assume that because it's fantasy based it's not functional. I've suspect not many have really given thought to actual function and articulation. Granted on some occasions, usually at a client's request, I might trade a little mobility for aesthetics but generally not. Cheers

Really nice.
The design gives it the flowery, graceful artiste of the elves, yet it still looks rigid, sharp and deadly.
I love it. Like it better than tolkien's elf armor- I think yours really captures the essence of 'elf-knight'

'Ringer' is the term for a LOTR fan.
Just like trekkie is for Star Trek, Whovian is for Dr. Who, and holmesian/sherlockian (depending on whether you live in the UK or US) for Sherlock Holmes.
Sorry- I should have explained it, Ringer is kind of obscure.
