This looks quite adorable. The facial expression definitely shows the cuteness. Nice detailing on the eyes, eyelashes, and hair (including those in her cat ears). If I were to go back and work on this more, I would have done more shading on the hair and cat ear headband.
I can see doing the cat gesture with her left arm and hand, but I would double check the anatomy of them, especially that of the hand.
