I don't remember which version I watched. If you are talking about a difference between dub and sub, then yes, I watched the Dub version that showed up on American TV. Probably would have never seen it otherwise. I only have very brief memories of it, maybe because it was on for a short time, or because I just did not watch much of it at the time, I am not sure.

If you are talking about something else, please explain more fully. My research so far has only found CardCaptor Sakura from 98-2000.

Well if you're wanting a dub version you should watch the redubbed version uncut. Just stay away from "Cardcaptors" and watch "Cardcaptor Sakura" instead. It's more interesting, funny, romantic and not homophobic.

Cardcaptor is the version that is on crunchyroll, and the pics I am seeing is reminding me of it. Only problem is you have a crunchyroll account to watch anything beyond the first six episodes. Will check for a few other legit options, but may end up doing that when I have the money.
