I spent a really long week and a half finishing this D:The majority of the time was coloring... though i only spent 15 ~ 30 minutes a day on it. O.o
Well, hope you all like it!
Time: around 3 hours total?
materials: Prismacolor pencils, gel pens, lining pens

You really have a knack for backgrounds, don't you? Or...patterns, in the least. It's simplistic, yet adds so much...and doesn't take away from the girl. Or distracts.
Her shoulders are just a bit small and pointed. I know that's prolly just a mix of me being picky and your style. >_<;; The lack of lines around the neck and chest area bugs me a bit. The shallows at the ends of the collarbone, the lines for the muscles in her neck, so on and so forth. Again...me being picky.
*drools over the hair, again* Something...about it. It's so natural, yet...*scratches her head* Gawd, I don't know what it is about the way you draw hair, but, no matter...It's lovely. And the style is cute. *nod*
Love the little details you put in her necklace, there. With the rose. Wonderful. <3
The way you shade and fold fabric is just...stunning. Absolutely...stunning. *in awe*

Wow! You got the flow of the dress wonderfully! The creases and everything look really realistic in where they would fall and everything. It makes me want to draw swooshy materials!
A few highlights might give it that little something extra though, in her hair and on the dress, if you establish a light source, helps to give more depth to colouring and makes her stand out from the background a little more, and maybe a few more deeper shadows, like on the top as well as underneath the dress.
But I do really like this, and I actually think you've done really well with the proportions despite what you think

That's really pretty! ^^ I love the folds in her dress, that kind f thing is hard to do...
The only things I think you could fix are that her arms are a bit too long and her eyes might look better if they were shinier. *nods* Overall, though, great job. ^^

I used gel pen for the eyes and it kind of ruined the white shiny part of the eye, but oh well. xD

cool lol as i said i hav done quite a few copies of dresses like this (u can look through my drawings if ur interested) and i think to improve this you could show more of the gathering in the dress... so like where she is holding it up etc. and maybe at the ends of the scalf thingie too! hope that doesnt sound harsh cos this is a lovely drawing
