This is a prize for for winning in a 's 3rd Annual Whelming Summer Contest.Congratualtions!
As a prize she wanted a crossdressing Dick Grayson x)
(I'm no stylist as you can see, but I did my best.)
As of the context, he's obviously undercover, so I had to make a dress that would hide his muscled arms and cover the lack of boobs.
