I find the concept of living in a fictional universe to be almost world ending. Nothing would matter at all...
Sweet art BTW.

Her and "The Visions" are two examples on how quick people can misjudged the book and characters from first glace and from very little marketing details that people can negligently, falsely, and negatively speculated from.
Alot of people dismissed the book thinking they already knew what was in store. Alot of people scoffed at "Gwen-pool" due to how her existence started because of a variant Gwen AU hero and villains cover theme that became a big hit. Nobody excepted much from her (and when one poll asked "if possible another one from that same variant theme covers happened to gain a one shot tale then who?" many people reacted with sneer remarks (the winners was Hulk Gwen from Future Imperfect comic). Many people felt that "Gwen"'s only role is to die (which to me is very short shifted and lacks creativity and the process of the term "alternate realities" which can make anything possible and every character there own character and fate). People didn't even bother to read that while Gwen Stacy of Earth-65 aka Spider-Gwen is the reason she existed and was at first concerned a AU of Gwen Stacy when first made for that theme later on the writer decided to name her "Gwen Poole" and that she comes from our earth. She might still be a AU of a token Gwen Stacy being a composite of Gwen Stacy and another such as token Deadpool in the grand scheme of the multiverse.
In the end however her first issue was great and she is a character that is memorable and special and the writer and main artist was fantastic. Thus no matter where a idea might come from, start, or how silly or absurd a idea might be the final product and character/tales can be glorious if we give it a chance.

Wow, I did not know about all that. I personally like all of these alternate Gwens because I always want to know more about her and feel her death is a missed opportunity, also because I hate her original arc where she just dies and the fact that she was "Osborn'd".

The thing is I see every Gwen from the various earths of the Multiverse as each a separate character of themselves. All AU token Gwens are their own person and are shaped by the world they live in, their family, friends, peers, and society values and time periods f the Earth they come from. Thus each Gwen must be judge by their own merits (aka how every writer sees their story and characters and message and thus also makes a different new Gwen and others we discover in the Multiverse shown to us). There are Gwens I love, Gwens I'm neutral about, and Gwens I hate. Same goes for all others such as MJ and Peter and everybody else. Every new AU and the characters that live their is a clean palate ready to be painted for us to see something new.
Thus it is also something of a caution when we refer to a Gwen or any other character. The Gwen you are referring to I'm going to assume is 616. However due to current major popularity when other people write the name "Gwen Stacy" in a topic presently they could instead be talking about Earth-65 Gwen Stacy who is not like 616 and many other Gwens and a separate person with her own fate.
Everytime a new AU is presented (may it be from comics, movies, tv shows) a common topic question in the past (before Earth-65 Gwen Stacy came on the scene) as been "when will Gwen Stacy die?" This was a common topic question from some fans when the animated show Spectacular Spider-Man was on. The people who know about 616 character and death feels like it is the set stranded and fate for all "Gwens" as it was the one of the first fates they knew about or was first introduced to first for a Gwen Stacy. However that Gwen of Spectacular Spider-man was very different from 616 version and thus her own person and not a pure copy and her fate was undetermined. Alot of people really liked Spectacular Gwen character that was presented and the writers went on to say they had no plans to kill her at all.
Now as far as the Gwen you wrote in the sentence above I'm assuming you are referring to 616 Gwen. In order to give some sort of answer to you wonder of "want to know more about her and feel her death is a missed opportunity, also because I hate her original arc where she just dies and the fact that she was "Osborn'd"." this would require a AU that is a perfect copy in every way to 616.
The mindsets, the characters, values, how the wind blows and all of the details has to be exactly like 616 being a perfect copy but then one difference in it happens and it becomes a AU alternate universe and Earth of it's own self and everything changes from then on for it. The Gwen that lives there we discover, that Osborn "Sins Past" thing never happened for her (hate that myself for it's character derailment and assassination and now i have to take that into account of 616 canon for 616 Gwen making her not a likable character till others a written fix changes that), and somehow she lives still. Because of that Gwen is different from 616 Gwen and due to living she continues to grow and develop rise and fall and be shaped into her own person as she lives and learns. She can transform by developments into a wonderful or nasty Gwen or/and gain super powers or/and marry Peter or/and mourn Peter's death and infinity more potentials and how she can shape others as well in that AU. Every AU character has their own fate and should not have any fate be set in stone by another AU fate.
Now thanks to Earth-65 Gwen Stacy existence (whom I'm a big fan of) I'm seeing not just "Will Gwen die?" topics for other possible future presented AU Gwens (such as if MCU Gwen Stacy will even exist and be shown to us in the upcoming Spider-Man and MCU movies and shows) but I'm also seeing topics asking "Will/When will she gain her Spider powers and become Spider-Woman/Spider-Gwen?".
In the grand scheme average of the Gwens shown some of my favorite and beloved characters of the many AUs has been a "Gwen Stacy" (Amazing movie series, Spectacular Spider-Man animated series, Age of Apocalypse, House of M, Earth-65 Spider-Gwen, 1610 Gwen Stacy and a few others) and thus thanks to them on average I'm a fan of "Gwen Stacy" but cautious but also hopeful for every new AU Gwen that comes into existence presented to us that has to be judge of her own merits and characterization and much more.

That's a very elaborate information about Gwen Stacy, it took me awhile to digest it.., but much thanks for the time spent, it's an interesting read.
I think what I was trying to say is I'm just happy that not all Gwen in Marvel multiverse ended up like 616 Gwen, because I used to be one of those people who think "when and how will Gwen die in this universe?"
Thanks again for your comment

I did not know what to expect from her comic. As I read it, it seemed like a lighthearted and less gory version of deadpool, until that page...
