great concept! there are many maps which measures population like that, but this one stands out. speaking of standing out, i think the red circles stand out a bit too much. they would be better toned down a little.

I don't really agree with ~IOFFE ... Even from the thumbnail it was clear to me that it was Europe.

Anyway, I love how this piece looks. You found an interesting and visually appealing way to portray a boring subject, demographic statistics.

That alone deserves big kudos.
