Bellynda by JSchempp. This is a 2.5" x 3.5" ACEO. I thought this fairy was so pretty. I see this image repainted alot. I redid her in the colors I thought would be pretty. Her little details are sometimes this size of a pin head. I did it through a 10x magnifiyer. I was pretty happy with the way she came out. My shading improved immensly during this piece. I evolved a system of using staining pigments (watercolor) for her flesh tones, applying a small area and then dabbing off with a paper towel. This left a very thin glaze of stain on the paper. I put alot of glazes on to get this effect. - Joanne
