The Hoffnung Military Dirrective with the permission and funds from the government set off to build a solution using available resources. A team of brilliant Hoffnung engineers partnered with a heavy machinery manufacturing company in Eissport called Heinklin, famous for assembling the massive cranes that were neded to costruct Hoffnung's skylines. An incomplete variant of the Andrea class Airfortress was used in the undertaking, and was married to a massive railway cannon specifically developed for the project. The Result was the largest gun in the country's History, they called it The Neushoorn class, or Rhino class
