I think they just did it like that cuz they didn't want it to be all like "Solve all your problems with violence" or something like that, that parents wouldn't like. It really ruined the show, though.

I don't care much about pairings in shows, video games, movies, etc - there are other things that I pay more attention to (like fight scenes). Besides, Toph is too cool to have a lover!

I guess in some cases, they are (such as in Ouran High School Host Club, but I'm not sure if you know that show), but I think they should have focused more on the story/plot of Avatar more than the romance. If I had to say, though, I would vote Zuko x Katara, too.

Woot! Go Zutara! And I do agree w/ what you said aabout the plot. It is a kid's show & kids arent really interested in love.

And I know about Ouran. Tamaki is my favorite. Him and his mushrooms just crack me up. XD

Tamaki is my favorite too! Everything in Host Club cracks me up - I'm constantly re-watching episodes and laughing my head off!

Yeah. It's been q while since I last watched it. I need to again. Especially the Halloween one. It's my favorite. the Alice in Wonderland too, Tamaki as the Mad Hatter is perfect.

I didn't quite like the Alice in wonderland one, but the Halloween was cool. I also loved the twins' fight and the one where it shows how Kyouya got to meet Tamaki. But, really, they all make me squeal with delight.
